This month, we welcomed Mr. Kimura, a representative salesman from Ryoseki Sake Brewery in Yuzawa City, Akita Prefecture, which brews "Hanamura," to compare three brands of sake from the brewery! For snacks, we have smoked Iburi-gakko, made with white-necked daikon radish from Akita Prefecture, and cream cheese from Tokachi, Hokkaido!
